Anna Johnson, LAC LAMFT

Meet Anna

Every journey of healing is as unique as the person walking it. Mountains and valleys we encounter along the way become our own personal test of humility, acceptance, and perseverance. Some days are light, while others feel heavy. But each day begins with small, intentional steps to show up for ourselves, prioritizing our well-being. Acts of self-care that many of us have neglected out of fear, guilt, or simply not knowing where to begin.

My own journey of healing has given me a deeper respect for valuable lessons about self-compassion, letting go, and resiliency. Some even from the darkest moments of loss and hurt that I have ever experienced. It’s where I began to lean into one of my life motto’s of “love God and enjoy His creation” in all things. Which, I know and respect is not always easy for many of us to embrace. All of this, has shaped not only how I show up for myself but rippled out to others in my life, personal and professional.

Career-wise, I am a dual Licensed Associate Counselor and Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I value empathy, connections, transparency, and respect for the complexity of each person’s life experiences. My approach is relational and grounded in authenticity. Therapy fosters a relationship full of warmth, compassion, and shared humanity, but also upholds confidentiality and professional boundaries.  My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and heard, but also secure enough to share at your own pace. Without judgment, unwanted advice, or pressure to manage anyone else’s feelings. I’m here to walk alongside you and hold space with you while we work to figure things out together.

I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s most tender and transformative seasons. Whether this is navigating changes in relationships, loss and grief, feelings of betrayal or trauma, overcoming anxieties or strongholds, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I’m here to offer a steady and connected presence as you find your way forward

Fun fact about yourself:

As a teenager I found it hard to do things outside my comfort zone. Because of this, I made a commitment to try something new every year for the rest of my life.
